we didn't want to mention anything because we didn't want o jinx anything.. but Chelsey and I have slowly been house hunting for a while now. With the market so low its a great time to buy. Anyways....
So we have been in escrow for a couple weeks now and got our final loan approved today. They only thing that can mess it up is if the owner refuses to fix the repairs that we want and backs out. (we don't think he will because has to sell it and he's going to have to fix them for anyone)
As it has tenants in it right now that we might let stay until June, as our current lease isn't up so move in isnt till then but ya.. here is the house that we bought!

Congratulations home owners. Aaron just bought a house too. They are fixing it up (paint and minor repairs) and won't move in until May. Your place looks in great shape. I love the big yard.
