Since, Levi and I are actually having a relaxing saturday for once, without a billion errands to run, I decided to post again.
Levi would never let me live it down if I didn't post pictures of the snow we got two weeks ago.
I actually had two snow days off from school, (amazing!) and Levi couldn't even get his car out of our street.

Ari's Birthday
Today is Ari Gold's first birthday. He was born one year ago today. To celebrate his birthday, we are taking him and Zoe on a longgg walk, and then buying him a new leash. :)
In honor of Ari's birthday, here is a picture montage of his life since we got him.

I know we never ever post, but since I am home early from work and Levi is on his way home I decided a quick post wouldnt hurt.
Levi has been very busy at work. Snow season is coming up so it means lots and lots of stuff to do. He went to Eddie's wedding a few weeks ago, and really did have the time of his life. He's insisting we go back to Canada next summer with everyone from the wedding so that I can meet everyone and so that he can enjoy the great time again.
I am in my last semester of school before I start my student teaching. The two classes I am taking are: teaching students with mild/moderate disabilities, and Communication, language and speech. I am learning a lot but, I am excited to get into a classroom in November. I'm not sure if we updated about this, but I got promoted at my job in May. I am now a "LEAD behavior tutor" Lots more reponsibililty and a whole lot more clients I am working with. I have a total of 10 kids on my caseload. They are most wide variety of kids ever! Some non-verbal, some verbal. 1 deaf. the range from ages 3 to 11, and their abilities are completely diverse. They keep me on my toes, since I am now training the tutors who have to work with them. I really do love my job, and I will be sad when I have to cut back when I start my student teaching in the fall.
In other news, Levi and I are loving Auburn. Although we both have a 30 minute drive to work everyday, we both believe its totally worth it. We have yet to figure out the situation with our propane tank, so we have been cooking on our camping stove for the last month. That means no oven! its been nuts but we are surviving. We've been spending lots of time in old town auburn at the shops and great restaurants. This couldn't be more perfect for us!
I will leave you with a few pictures.
Ari is seriously the biggest mama's boy ever. haha. this is how he sleeps before we get into bed.
This is the view from our back porch. Something like this might have been posted before, but we can never resist another chance to show off.
Before we moved, Levi came home one day to find Ari's head stuck on this ziptie jar.. Yes.. hes nuts.
Zoe loves Levi and Popsicles!

Its been a while
So after 5 horriable years we are finally moving out of the crap hole named sacramento. We are moving up the hill towards Tahoe to a nice city called Auburn. Its about 30 miles out of sac and is at an elevation of 1210 feet and is 1.2 miles away from the river.

New puppy
Hey all, so we have had zoe for about 9 months now. she loves the dog parks and going out to play with other dogs. the cats were getting a little sick of her trying to play with them and juping at dogs on the TV is so sad so we decided to get her a brother to play with. His name is Ari and they love each other. all they do is wrestel. And yes, he is a French bulldog, and his ears are coming up soon. The cartalage in his ears isnt stiff enough, but sometimes one or the other sticks up and we are sure it will happen soon
